Cyberheat.io, LLC ("Cyberheat") is a free-speech-friendly hosting and network services provider. We believe infrastructure providers should be content-neutral. We do not monitor customer content, we do not police lawful opinions, and we do not remove services because a third party dislikes what a customer publishes.
Content hosted on our network that is lawful under United States federal and New Mexico state law will not be removed on the basis of complaints alone. Removal requires a valid court order, or content that is itself unlawful under applicable law.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all services provided by Cyberheat, including dedicated servers, IP transit, colocation, managed services and consultancy. By using our services you agree to this policy. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Free speech has limits in law, and those limits are our limits. The following are prohibited on our network:
We honor valid DMCA takedown notices that comply with 17 U.S.C. §512. Customers may file counter-notifications. Complainants and customers alike will get straight answers from our abuse desk — in writing. We terminate repeat infringers as required by law.
Reports are reviewed by engineers. Verified technical abuse (attacks, spam, hijacked prefixes) is acted on quickly and the customer is notified. Content complaints alleging illegality are evaluated against applicable law — disagreement is not a violation. Where feasible, customers get a chance to respond before action is taken; imminent network harm is the exception.
Report abuse via our contact form — select “Abuse report.”
We may suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy, proportionate to the severity and to the protection of the network and other customers. We do not suspend for lawful content. Repeated failure to maintain accurate contact information, hijacked announcements, or unpaid balances are enforceable on their own.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and announced to active customers.
