We collect the minimum needed to run a network business: what you give us in forms and contracts, billing records, and network telemetry needed to keep the lights on. We run no ad trackers, no analytics beacons, and we never sell your data.
Our contact forms include an invisible honeypot field that only automated bots fill in; it is used solely to discard automated submissions and is not stored.
We respond to valid subpoenas, court orders and other compulsory process. Where the law allows, we notify affected customers before producing records.
Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Customer and billing records are retained for the life of the account plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Operational network data is retained briefly by default.
Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it, over encrypted channels, from managed systems. Payment data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our systems.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you via our contact form. Note that some records must be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
